- Part 1 - in which there is a murder most gruesome.
- Part 2 - in which property values drop drastically and there are some very disgruntled police officers.
- Part 3 - in which we meet several important characters, none of whom are particularly happy with the current situation, or each other.
- Part 4 - in which we get a closer look at the town of Piper Ridge.
- Part 5 - in which we finally meet the titular character, and it is a sincere sensation.
- Part 6 - in which Charlie insults everyone, confuses Tobias, and takes a car ride.
- Part 7 - in which Charlie and Chief Foster examine and crime scene, and make an unsettling discovery.
- Part 8 - in which Charlie has a tempter tantrum.
- Part 9 - in which Danny is beaten by orange juice.
- Part 10 - in which Tobias is basically an angst-machine.
- Part 11 - in which Charlie does some research and discovers some unsettling information.
- Part 12 - in which Charlie berates the boys in blue, and Tobias manages to become even more unpopular.
- Part 13 - in which the Chief tries to deal with the lunatics surrounding him, Charlie sulks, Danny continues having trouble coping with this brave new world that has such vampires in it, and Tobias sucks at eavesdropping.
- Part 14 - In which Danny tries to look on the bright side, gets a pep talk from his wife, and worries about the sanity of his life.
- Part 15 - In which Charlie and Danny go on an early-morning drive, Charlie chain smokes, Danny chokes down garlic, and basic traffic laws are egregiously violated.
